About Sealy Karate Schools
Founded in 1991, Sealy Karate Schools has always focused on blending tradition with modern teaching. Our goal is to help students learn practical self-defense while developing important life skills. We emphasize personal growth over competition, building confidence, discipline, and both mental and physical strength through every class.

Cristin began her martial arts training in 1997, with a focus on self-defense and fitness. Inspired by the positive impact Sealy Karate Schools had on her son, she pursued her own journey, earning her Black Belt and becoming an instructor. Since 2001, Cristin has continued to expand her coaching knowledge through courses in fitness and nutrition, and she specializes in working with students with physical and mental disabilities. Beyond the dojo, she has competed successfully in fitness competitions and is currently part of Team Girls Get Gritty in cycling.
